Return Policy
Returns and exchanges will be accepted for most new, unopened or unworn items within 60 days of delivery for a full refund minus original shipping cost. Customers are responsible for return shipment however, if you received an incorrect or defective item we will pay return shipping costs.
If an item was damaged in transit, please send photos of proof if possible. If approved, a replacement may be sent free of charge.
We will replace lost/damaged items if approved once, free of charge. Shipping of any additional replacements after that will be the buyer's responsibility. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do for replacement orders that have been lost in transit. If your package has gone missing in transit or has been marked as delivered, we are not responsible for the missing mail. We are unable to provide a refund for lost items at this time.
