What is the limited edition digipak packaging?

Our limited edition packaging, known as a digipak, is a cardboard packaging that features a fold out insert. You can see examples of the packaging in most of our disc product images. These are desirable as they have additional design work and are created in limited quantities. Our store is the only place to purchase this item.

What is the standard plastic casing?
This is just your standard ol' plastic DVD or Blu-ray packaging. It's also known as an amaray.

What's the difference between the different packaging?
Literally just the packaging! All disc content remains the same regardless of packaging style or disc type.

If the limited edition digipak is sold out, will more be restocked one day?
No. We call it "limited edition" specifically because they are made in limited quantities. There is a chance stock may be available again if we receive a return but this is rare.

Do the discs come with a digital download?
No. At this time none of our films come with a digital download. You can purchase the film separately on most VOD platforms such as iTunes, Amazon, Vimeo, Google and more.

Will your discs play in my country?
All of our discs are region 0 or region free! That being said, our DVDs are NTSC formatted and may not be compatible with some disc players.

Do you ship to my country?
We ship most of our products internationally but some discs may not be able to ship to your country as another company holds the rights to the film in your region.

International orders may be subject to customs fees and/or taxes attributed to them, depending on the recipient country. The customer is responsible for payment of these and any other additional costs. If you refuse to pay these costs, your order may be sent back to us. Your order can be refunded once the return is received.

I'm having trouble tracking my international shipment.

Sometimes when shipping internationally, the USPS system has trouble tracking the package after it leaves the country. If this is the case, we recommend using GlobalPost to track your package. On this site, it should also indicate if your package tracking number changed after being handed off to your local postal service.

How much is shipping?
Shipping within the United States is a flat $6 up to approximately 5 items.

Shipping to Canada is a flat $15 up to approximately 5 items.

Shipping to all other countries is calculated based on current USPS rates.

Shipping to US & Canada is free for orders over $75.

Why hasn't my order shipped yet?
Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. You might see a delay in your order after a sale or during the holiday season. It's just one person shipping out orders so we appreciate your patience!
